I am the owner of Wellcome Home, LLC and an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer. I left corporate America and 160 lbs behind to help you live a healthier lifestyle. I worked 18 years for food service manufacturers such as Kraft, Kellogg and Barilla and with thousands of airline miles to my credit decided to pack it up, and utilize my MBA for my own business.

Almost 10 years ago, I had gastric bypass surgery only to find my weight creep back up with all the stress and travel associated with my career. I understand what it means to battle your weight and it is my dream to help others take back control of their lives. Making small changes when put together make a big difference. I can help you with your journey by offering in-home personal and small group training. Here is the journey I undertook to be qualified to help you.

Certified Personal Training certification, National Personal Training Institute; 100 hours in nutrition education, NPTI; Certified Personal Trainer certification, National Academy of Sports Medicine; Myofascial Compression Techniques Specialization, Trigger Point Performance Therapy; CPR/AED certified, American Heart Association; Fitness Boot Camp Specialty, SCW; Hip Hop Hustle Instructor, Powder Blue Productions / Beachbody; Kick Boxing Certified Instructor, IFTA.

I am also a Juice Plus, Usana and Beachbody coach to help you enhance your nutrition options, with fruits, vegetables and protein.

Redefining Success

I always defined my life and happiness levels by external success factors: grades, awards, educational degrees, climbing the corporate ladder, and what others thought of me. I was successful by any outsider’s perspective. I had the big job, a great husband, a house in the suburbs but I didn’t have what is most important: my health or true happiness. As my weight soared out of control, my health was suffering, and my relations were crumbling. I knew I had to make many changes. The biggest one was redefining the path of success, realizing that the path does not need to be blazed wearing Jimmy Choos. These journeys led me to leave corporate America and 160  pounds behind to help others live a healthier lifestyle.
